Happy Mother's Day!!//One Year Anniversary of Caleigh's Random Thoughts//Q&A!
Hey y'all! It's been over a month since I last posted (yikes) but today is the one year anniversary for this blog! How crazy is that! I haven't been too active for awhile now, but a lot has happened on this blog!! In honor of the one year anniversary, I decided to do another Q&A! I did one shortly after starting this blog, so I figured it was time for an update! Please leave all your questions in the comments below, and I will answer them in a week's time (hopefully ;)).
As far as life has gone, it has been quite crazy lately. Yesterday I took the SAT for the first time, and that was very interesting for sure! Being homeschooled, I didn't think that I would know anyone when I would take it. However, a good friend of mine happened to need to take it at the same time, and so we got signed up to take it together. Unfortunately, we were not in the same room, or the same floor of the building for that matter, but it still calmed my nerves having him there to walk in with. That night, after the SAT was over, he and his family came over to our house for hamburgers and hotdogs, and it was a fun night of playing hide and seek in the dark (with flashlights), playing basketball (even though I'm really, really bad at it), and volleyball. I doubt he's reading this right now, but if you are, thank you for being the crazy nut that you are; you never cease to make me laugh. Yesterday was stressful, but it was a lot better thanks to you!
Today was Mother's Day, of course, so Happy Mother's Day!!!! to all of the lovely mom's out there who make your children's lives so much happier. And of course, a special Happy Mother's Day to my mom, who (sorry, everyone) is the absolute best there is. I will link my last mother's day post here. Here is a picture from today, plus a picture from last Mother's Day. Not much has changed, lol. And btw, I would like to point out that I am not taller than my mother, I was in heels, and she was not. I have not grown in two years :). In reality, I'm about two inches shorter than her.
And, as a fun little tidbit to the post, my sister and I created a chalk drawing using masking tape today that we are quite proud of :). It kinda looks like stained glass. Right as I started taping, it got cloudy outside (here in NC, the weather has been beautiful lately), and I thought "oh no! What if it rains?" but alas, it did not, and the chalk drawing is still there right now :). Plus, we have a pretty picture, lol.

I think that's all there is to post about for right now, it would take an extremely long time to really catch you up on all that's happened since January, the last time I really posted about my personal life!! Don't forget to enter Q&A questions below! For fun, I will attach the links to my first blog post, plus the Q&A posts from last year :).
